Reviews help other Sonis choose well. This policy explains how reviews work on https://www.sonidenakhre.in and what we do to keep them genuine.
Who Can Write a Review
To write a review you need an account with a verified email address, and you must have bought the product — a paid or delivered order for it that was not cancelled or refunded. You can review each product once.
Verified Purchase
A Verified Purchase badge is shown only when the review is linked to a real order for that product, checked automatically against our order records. We do not add the badge manually for any other reason.
Moderation
Every customer review is checked before it is published. We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative. We may reject or hide a review, or remove it later, only for legitimate moderation reasons, for example if it:
- is not about the product or the buying experience;
- contains abusive, hateful, obscene, threatening or discriminatory language;
- contains personal information (such as phone numbers, emails or addresses);
- contains links, spam or promotional content;
- infringes someone else's rights or is otherwise unlawful; or
- is not genuine — for example, written by someone impersonating another person, or in exchange for payment without disclosure.
We never edit the meaning of a customer's review. We never publish a negative review selectively less often than a positive one.
Rules for Reviewers
- Write about your own genuine experience.
- Don't impersonate anyone or post reviews on someone else's behalf.
- Don't include unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
Brand Content
Anything written by Soni De Nakhre — such as styling notes — is clearly labelled as coming from us and is never presented as a customer review, never carries a star rating and never counts towards a product's rating.
Ratings
A product's average rating and review count are calculated only from published customer reviews.
What Is Shown Publicly
Your display name, rating, review title and text, the date and the Verified Purchase badge (where applicable). Your email address, phone number and order details are never shown. You can change your display name in My Account → Profile. You can see all your reviews and their status in My Account → Reviews.
